Everything between “paid” and “shipped”
One batch carries an order from the pick list to fulfilled: picked against a bin-sorted list, packed with a second scan, labeled on Pro, and fulfilled in Shopify.
Scan to verify
Pickadoodl verifies each unit when it's picked and again when it goes in the box. A phone camera, a handheld scanner or a typed SKU all work.
Bin-sorted pick lists
Batch any number of Shopify orders, past the 50-order bulk limit, into one list sorted by bin location, so your team walks the aisles once.
Picker links
Share a link to one batch. Seasonal and temp staff open it on their own phone, scan with the camera, and you watch progress live.
Cart picking
Put one tote per order on a cart and pick several orders at once. Items get sorted into orders as they're picked, not at the pack bench.
Returns
Scan returns back in, log why they came back, and restock only the sellable units into Shopify. Clicking twice never double-counts.
Shipping labels
On the Pro plan, enter a weight and box as you pack, compare carrier rates, and buy and print labels without leaving Pickadoodl. Postage is billed to you by EasyPost.
Exceptions and owners
Flag short picks, damage and backorders. Flagged orders stay out of fulfillment, and every batch has an owner.
Reports and analytics
Who did what and when, reprints of any list or slip, and patterns like the bin behind repeated damage flags.
Shopify Flow and alerts
Three Flow triggers, plus Slack or email alerts when a batch stalls or gets flagged.
