Questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free covers up to 75 orders a month with the full pick, pack and fulfill workflow, including scanning, picker links, cart picking, returns and Shopify Flow triggers. It's not a trial, and there's nothing to cancel.
Why 75 orders and not 50?
Shopify's bulk actions stop at 50 orders. A free plan capped at 50 would never let you build the one thing Pickadoodl is for: a single batch past 50. At 75, you can.
How are orders counted?
An order counts once, in the month it's first included in a batch. If a new batch would push you over your plan's limit, the whole batch is blocked rather than created partway, and usage is always visible in the app.
Are there per-order fees?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price. Standard covers up to 1,000 orders a month for $10.99, and Pro is unlimited for $19.99.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed through Shopify on your regular Shopify invoice. Standard and Pro include a 7-day free trial, and you can change or cancel your plan from the app at any time.
What does postage cost?
Pickadoodl doesn't sell postage. On Pro, you connect your own EasyPost account, and EasyPost bills you for labels at your rates.
